Another belt for Kevin Membreno the new NYS ISKA Amateur Kickboxing Champion!

Kevin Membreno def. Tayvonne Thomas in Main Event Kickboxing Match via unanimous decision on June 24, 2018. Kevin wins the NYS ISKA Amateur Kickboxing Championship Belt. Kevin has now won two titles in the welterweight division. Kevin worked extremely hard to prepare for his bout. Training at 5am in the morning with Sensei Mark O'Mard and in the evening with Coach Angel. Coach Angel even had boxers train with Kevin to prepare him for his match. The pair along with his teammates at OMMA Karate helped push Kevin to reach his goal. Great job Kevin!

Sensei Mark is a great instructor! My 6 year old son is in the Little Dragons class and when I watch him interact with the boys and girls he demonstrates so much patience while teaching them proper form and technique. He balances discipline and "play-time" for the children. For the month of April he allowed parents to take part in a kickboxing session for free. I currently take cross-fit training and Sensei Mark's sessions were up to par with it! I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Trust me when I say you will sweat n any one of his sessions. I highly recommend OMMA Karate!
