The Teen Dragonz Teen Martial Arts program at OMMA Mixed Martial Arts are designed to help your teen prepare for their future while being taught strong martial arts techniques by our excellent Teen Martial Arts staff. All of our students learn the life skills they'll need to be successful as an student, an adult and, most importantly, a person.
Our Adult Martial Arts classes at OMMA Mixed Martial Arts offer a complete mind, body and spirit development program while also providing a great workout that offers stress relief and effective approaches to self-defense. Our program has been specifically designed to attend to the needs of teens in a safe, friendly nurturing environment.
